Congratulations on staying in Midlands 1 after such a shaky start. Guts and skill, rugby is such a psychological game. Game is still growing in Malta and at last we will get a second pitch next year. Another new club to make six, and we're in all the schools. The ladies are thriving at sevens and stand an outside chance of playing the big girls of England, France etc if they win through their next pool. I'm still the only rugby writer on the island but will have to give it up coz of business pressures next year. Aim for the National and bloody well stay there. Best wishes to all the poor old blighters who played in the 50's and 60's, Mike Turner
