Good honest humour is all ok providing it�s in the right context. When the banter starts getting out of hand and starts to affect the spirit within the squad it has gone too far.

Whoever is selected to represent Kenilworth RFC at whatever level will always do that to the best of their ability and upheld the good name of the club. The first team will always be the means that a club will be judged on how good we are, but we must remember that the club only survives from week to week by the depth and numbers of players at the club.

There are no certain 15 players who will always be picked for the first team; we are a club and a squad as a whole from the player who turns out regularly for the firsts to those who play for the thirds.

Team spirit is not where it should be at the moment for reasons I can not identify but negative comments posted on the website will not help team sprit and morale!

This Saturday we face our biggest challenge of the season thus far and must go to Hinkley with everybody pulling together and fighting tooth and nail for that victory, going there as a splintered group will not help our cause one bit!

The crap stops now, it�s time to play rugby time to turn on the style and play the game the way it was meant to be played fast and hard with flair! Somebody said �Winning Ugly�, that�s Bull SH*T. Let�s win with style and a smile on your face.
