 Cassandra smiles softly, her eyes holding a pity for the mere child before her. "Drayen, is it?" pulls her steed up to Drayen. " Cassandra." She glances away; the child reminds her too much of Jaslyn, a older version of Jaslyn.
The sadness wells up in her eyes in the from of tears. Echoing from her mind, Gondus's laughing voice of " Suck it in, soilder." As much as she hated to say it, Gondus is right. I need to lay off Jaslyn's death, she thought.
She weakly smiled to Drayen. " You remind me... of someone I knew." She said, explaining away her tears. " My daughter Jaslyn. I'm sorry, I'm just taking it hard. I'm usally not this depressing." She fakes a laugh and turns to Ematra.
