*gravell crunched as his foot steps met the rock covered ground. his heavy black trench coat flapped in the oncoming wind, dieing into silence, a calm yet unconrolable silence. his emerald green eyes searched the lands around him waiting yet hoping not to meet. He wore a short sleeved black soft leather tunic which fell a few inches past his waist covering the waist line of his black leather breeches. his shoulder lenght soft brown mocca hair swayed in the refreshing wind. he closed his eyes and lifted his head so it was facing the open sky. nothing could touch him, as long as the silence lasted. sudently the horriffing truth sunk into the pit of his stomach. he was human. he could not stop pain, he could not prevent hurt, he was just as vonrable as any other person here. he would have to be careful... he lowered his head and opened his eyes. he looked over the lands once again. fear stung his heart like a whip. he took a deep breath and walked forward into the settlement*
