What's up with the girls and what about the judges?

Was I the only one at the miss teen ky pageant that thought the judges were blind or the thing was set up from the beginning? All the girls was beautiful but there is a difference in Miss Ky teen USA material and prom material. There was several girls that should not have made top 15 and did. All I can say is there must have been alot of girls that really messed up there interviews because about four should have been standing in top five that didn't make top 15. I would love to have been a fly on a wall to see really what happened!!!! Most of the girls I talked too thought they did really well on the question that it was really laid back.
