Things have settled back to normal after the motel trip. I can't be everywhere but I get around.
Parke, who smoked cigarettes with me on the trip, shows no sign of smoking. She sure has not asked me for one.
If she was discovered smoking, her husband would probably seek a divorce on the grounds of adultery.
Speaking of adultery, Jean goes on like nothing ever happened. She's really not too bad of a woman, She did not smoke.
Jessica, Lisa and I plan to smoke until the vacation ends in mid-June. We each had a cigarette before they went off to school. Jess seems to be smoking in front of Walt without his objection.
Apparently Alyson did not smoke a cigar Sunday after bringing the stump sticks home Sunday night. Jessica had a cigar over the weekend, but shows no interest in having another. Alyson's little sister, Angela; Carol, the daughter of Jean; and Neely, big sister of Walt, smoked one cigar.
Neely goes with Cameron Jr., son of Parke and Cameron.
Jacquelyn, Alyson's mother, smoked over the weekend but also not in normal times.
Jacquelyn is a single mom and did hook up with a guy she used to know.
Bernadine, mother of a senior smoking girl not into softball, still has not smoked although she associates with smokers.
This week we get the Thursday night game and then 2 starting Saturday afternoon. We don't need to stay in motels. Both teams are within an hour of the location. Our interest is heightened because Jessica is in high school next year and has the prospect of playing on the varsity softball team next year.
The school has graduation Friday night. My husband's brother's daughter graduates Sunday afternoon. So we can make all the events. This is the game that sends teams to the state tournament.
