Maybe Needmore was paying to much because they went broke and closed down.I guess wcs knows what they can pay and keep on going.Race tracks is a business and if they payout more than they take in they will go broke like any other busienss.Maybe some of the other tracks closing down should look at what wcs is doing because wcs is still here while the others are gone.
