So far it seems the problem is teching and promoting.

With that being said, What if I stepped in as the promoter? I know I can't make everyone happy all the time but I will listen to anyone and take their opinions seriously. Of course, I have guidelines because I don't own the track but I will make things fair for everyone. That I promise. Just remember, I talk face to face, if you want me to take you seriously either pick up the phone or show up on saturday night.

Also, I would bring in a new techman. Someone who knows what they are doing and has no favorites. I will back up my techman, what he says is law as far as I'm concerned. Don't come to me after the fact pleaing your case, just get it fixed and come back next week.
