I wasn't there to hear this, but you have described exactly what one of the problems is. Track workers who are more concerned about themselves that treating people right and in a way, supporting the track. Being rude, not doing your job at the track (teching), not working WITH the drivers...it all matters and that's what is causing allt he problems for the track. A smile and kind words goes a long way. The announcer (hey Billy Bob!) does a good job and when he has to stop becuase of someone shouting in the background and interupting, well it goes a long way to show that the track workers themselves don't support the efforts of the track.
