I am unable to speak on what all goes on after the races as I am normally talking with drivers during payout but I can tell you that during the races, the people you may hear other than me are the race director, scorers and scoreboard operator. We are in tight quarters in the tower so there are times you may hear other things in the background.
Being that I do stand next to Brenda, there may be cases that you may be able to hear what is being said but I do try and limit talking when other communication is ongoing.

Hope this clarifies things a bit.
