Subject: Promoting WCS update

I thought I would let everyone know what I was up to. Last week I met with Marvin about WCS. I then talked to some racers and employees at the track Saturday night. On Tuesday, July 12th I sent Mr. Ragan a proposal. It consisted of me becoming the promoter of WCS. I am now awaiting word from Mr. Ragan. I hope everyone thinks this would be a good thing for the track and, if we can come to an agreement, I look forward to talking to everyone about the future of WCS.
