Most Outlaw cars are jig built tube chassis, such as Howe, Rayburn, Lefthander, etc. and there are a few with stock "snouts". When the power is reduced all chassis become competitive, it's all about set up. It wouldn't surprise me if some cars can hold the gas down almost all the way around the track. I know a couple of cars (one is an 80's home built car with a camaro smount) that never touch the brakes.
