Would smoke 5 or 6 a night and only when I was out. Never planned to be a smoker, but after a couple of weeks I started getting the subtle urge to smoke at other times. At first it was a gentle urge, but after a few weeks the urges got stronger and stronger to the point where I just had to have a smoke. I mean they were really strong. Now just two months after my occasional cigarette use started I need a smoke every 45 minutes or so. At work I just suffer until my next break, but when I'm home, I have noticed that I reach for a cigarette every 5 or 10 minutes. I smoked 2 packs last Sat, weather was bad and didn't go out with my friends. I never thought I would be a smoker,in fact I am still in denial, I bought my first carton last week, because I was tired of going to the local gas station every day or more. It came up on me a lot quicker than I thought. I mean I love the feel that smoking gives me but I can't believe how fast I got addicted. wow. I don't know how good or bad it is because I love each and every cigarette, but I have had to change my lifestyle to make sure I can have a cigarette whenever I need one.
