Sounds like it's in the hands of the University on this one and that can take time. It's doubtful he's totally innocent, but the system will decide that. Would have to think since he is already on University probation that if he is found to be guilty of what the accuser says, he will have to be booted out of school ASAP. He won't de disciplined by the team during the review time. Pretty safe bet that Devo will have a permanent headstone before he is 30.
