Subject: Going back FURTHER than the 50s...what stations?

I have been getting into a lot of old school singers like Peggy Lee, Ethel Merman, and Teresa Brewer for the past few years now. Now, we talk a lot about the '50s here ("talk" is putting it mildly actually!) but I was wondering if there were any reliable AM or FM stations in the NJ/NY area devoted to even before that decade?
