Jelani, Thank you very much for everything you and everyone else are doing to make WCBS-FM the great radio station that it is.

It is sad when a welcome back board becomes a place for negative reactions. I know this is not what you had in mind when you added it to the website.

Unfortunately you are in a difficult position as you have to please the original as well as new listeners along with advertisers, ad agencies, etc. I feel this can and will be done.

As a person who has worked in radio in the past and writes about it in an online publication that covers what's going on in the business, I assure you that the sound of WCBS-FM is being noticed by both radio and non radio people. It is the most exciting thing that has happened in a long time and in the end will make radio stand out again.

The best of luck to you, Dan Mason, Brian Thomas and all the personalities that are putting together the best radio station in New York.
