Larry - I never badmouthed Bill Lee. I simply said I had never listened to him and he didn't have an oldie backround. Your telling me that he came from Hot 97 and Hot 103, tow stations you couldn't pay me to listen to, only confirms my reaction that the new 101 is going in an opposite direction than I was hoping for. The headlines lied when they said oldies were returning. CBS FM is returning, but not oldies. It will be a "classic hits" station that I will not be able to embrace. Alot of the true oldies fans will be disappointed. For those of you who will like this new format, good for you - enjoy. But to me CBS FM died about seven years ago. It was foolish to think it would ever return. My Sirius preset is where 101 used to be and will remain so. Good luck to Bob and Dan and Bill, but I will not be going along on this ride.
