I have listened to all kinds of radio since I was five years old. Until last week, I didn't even know Jack had a morning show. That's because for the most part since June 3 2005, I did not pay attension to what was on 101.1 and when I did bother to tune in, it didn't take long before I would go elsewhere and do other things.

Unfortunately for all involved with the rebirth of CBS-FM, you're dam'd if you do and dam'd if you don't.

I think David Hinckley was right in his article last week about the people who critique the format. To much of this, not enough of that!
Believe me as someone who has worked in radio it gets old after a while even though everyone has a right to express their opinion about what they think the station should sound like.

People taking time out of their busy lives to comment here about CBS-FM proves the compashion the listeners have for this great radio station. You won't see that elsewhere because of the bad decisions that continue to be made regarding what passes for good on air product these days.

By the way Frank, I'm sorry to read that you were kicked off a different message board. That shouldn't happen to anyone when it comes to expressing thoughts about radio or anything else.

A well run board consists of a diversity of opinions presented in an intelligent way.
