If indeed there IS such a thing as a general/standard no-compete clause for NYC radio after termination or resignation, what would it be?

No doubt, since they came aboard and signed at different times, the old guard of the Oldies station had different limitations.

And the quick resurfacing of Bruce Morrow, Howard Stern, et al, on satellite is an indication that most non-compete limitations didn't 'run writ' to the newer form of broadcast.

Individual contracts are all going to be different in some form, particularly those signed years ago. I was wondering, though, if there were a suggested time span that was found to be comfortable for both parties in recent years (Dolenz, Logan, etc).
