Does anyone remember...

1) When WABC AM had a short Oldies program in the early evening? I believe that it ran from 7:15 to 8:00. This was in the 1965 to 1966 timeframe. The oldies that they played consisted of songs from the early 60's through present time (i.e. songs that were very recently popular but were now off the charts).

2) The oldies jingle on WABC: "...A solid gold special, coming down the track, on 77, WABC..."

3) When we had a drought in the mid 60's and WABC created a jingle that said: "save water...while there's water...to save...".
