Subject: Gene Pitney Tribute on Live 365 station

Starting Sunday April 9th at 8.00 am UK time - for one week only -

The world of music was shocked and saddened to hear of the sudden death last week of Gene Pitney.

This week's show takes a look at Gene's recordings, including three very rare early records, as well as some of his hits.
The rarities comprise his first solo single, a duet as Jamie & Jane (Ginny Arnell & Gene Pitney), and a 1959 single by Gene, as Billy Bryan called Crazy In My Arms.

Two Swinging Blue Jeans tracks are featured, both rare. In fact SBJ leader Ray Ennis wasn't aware one had been released until I mentioned it!

Hits from Animals, Troggs, Beatles, Tornados among many others and requests for listeners in America, Australia and the UK add up to a packed show
