I ve been hearing oldies in restaraunts and supermarkets. I think many of these establishments are piping in the oldies channel on "Music Choice" which is non stop music with no interruptions. Of course none of these Music Choice channels intentifies themselves, but thats what it sounds like to me.

Funny oldies are blaring everywhere but out of the radio in New York City. I still cringe everytime I pass 101.1 on the dial. I said it in June and I ll say it now..the dumbest format change in New York radio history.
