I don't think people will switch to another channel if either Sirius or XM offered one place where the songs from different decades in the history of rock 'n' roll were mixed together.

Their is so much to play whether you remember every song from when you first heard it or not and as I said, they can be put together in a great way.

I have heard XM and I am a big Terry Motormouth Young fan. I do not own a receiver for either system but I know enough to realize that similarities exist for oldies between both satellite companies.

I once wrote to Frank Kingston Smith about satellite radio and he said that what they need is a WABC type of channel. In other words, something that truly sounds like WABC did when it was a music station. He admitted that they do not have the money to accomplish this right now but maybe in a few years.

If something like that ever did take place or if something similar to the way CBS FM sounded till 2,002 was available on satellite radio, I would have to very seriously consider becoming a subscriber.
