Frank, I could not agree with you more. Although I had looked at Satellite Radio a few years ago I had no reason to get it then. When it was announced that Bruce Morrow was going to Sirius and that other NY Radio Personalities were already there, that pushed me over the edge and I am now a Sirius Subscriber.

SO Infinity wanted to chase away the audience that made WCBS-FM the profitable station it was for so many years they pushed away more audience than the Jack Format will ever attract. It would not surprise me in the least that eventually Infinity/CBS sells off its New York FM stations since it is obvious they can't seem to do very much with them. They have lost too much of the listening audience to competitive sources of entertainment such as XM, Sirius, Internet, Music Downloads etc.
