Randy, this move can be done by cbsfm to satisfy both High speed internet users & dialup one's at the same time, this technology is out there. Check out this Tampa FL college radio station website www.wbul.org they have their station streaming in both hi-fi for high speed internet users and low-fi for those who only have dialup. I had wrote to GM Chad Brown of WCBSFM 101.1 about this and even gave him the college radio station website link, he then wrote back and said if this is feasible for them, then they will import this technology to the wcbsfm.com oldies stream, at the time he said was gonna look into it too. Hopefully they can either find the technology or contact wbul's engineer's on how to do this. By now many radio station's should have this great technology that college radio station wbul has for streaming their station online.
