Background color other than white.

A few years ago, the Radio-Info boards had a different color for every regional board. Now they're all kinda the same color. The variety used to make for, I dunno, more interest?
Plus, there were at least two password updates which steered a few lurkers off during the inconvenience. It was like living on Long Island as a home-improvement worker and having to go to zoning and a hearing to get a permit that allowed you to put up a sign that said 'premit'.

But the one-size-fits-all-who-truly-care color certainly didn't help.
I recently got criticism for my business' telephone answering message. 'Steve! Quick! Change your message! Were you drunk when you recorded that? It didn't sound spunky. You have to be a positive influence. Call your number and LISTEN to that puppy! You sounded hungover.' And, of course I changed it.

Happy Holidays, Mark! Your efforts are truly appreciated.
