Subject: Candle-stick theory - a failing tool

as a layman, i'd to opinionate on the "accuracy" of applying candle-stick on some stocks. e.g., i checked on some H stocks (#187, 42, 38 and 300...) and found those "reverse" signs never create real huge downward movement (dark cloud, pregnancy, shooting star). if that's not true...doesn't mean that those H stocks rises as a result of market-maker activity. or my question is r those H stocks really rising due to improved fundamentals?

i am confused!
