Subject: Not this year! PONC has changed their rules governing their State title holders. They cannot compete in any pageant that carries a binding title until after they relinquish their title with PONC.

  • Not this year! PONC has changed their rules governing their State title holders. This was primarly due to what happened with Norma-Jean last year so they changed their rules to prevent that from happening again. They cannot compete in any pageant that carries a binding title until after they relinquish their title with PONC. -- Anonymous, 02/26/08 1:46pm
