Subject: Help! Can anyone volunteer to help me make a 1 page flyer with # tear offs at bottom?

I have tried to look for a program that can do a simple pageant poster to like hang in store windows with a picture of a reigning queen, date & basic info and at the bottom tear offs so they can call about the event. If anyone is bored or just feel like being nice can you please email to help me. Thank you ladellchey@yahoo.com
