After lunch kevin walked nyssa to her next class and they hugged before he left. just then remy pops out of nowhere...

remy- (smiling) what was that all about?
nyssa- nothing (trying not to smile)
remy- don't lie to me (laugh) u know i'll find out soon. i always do.
nyssa- (smiles) whatever


they both enter the classroom and take their seats next to each other in the back corner of the class. class starts...

teacher- all right class today we will continue on our journey through this book (holds up the book "Journeys to the heart of Baltimore")everyone take out your books and a piece of paper.

just then dre walks in the room, distracting the class by talking to some girl outside the door

teacher- mr.johnson please take your seat and close the door! and this is the last time u come in class late, or your sure to get a detention!
dre- (says bye to the chick and closes the door) damn miss! why u wallin out?! damn! (goes take the seat behind nyssa)
teacher- (rolls her eyes and gets back to teaching the class...)
dre- (whispers in her ear) so nene how u doin'?
nyssa- (whispers back) don't talk to me!
dre- aight then! (leans back in his seat)

after class nyssa and remy leave school early. nyssa had a job interview and remy had study hall(it was the last period of the school day)they go to nyssa house to hang out cause her aunt wasn't home yet.

remy and nyssa are in her backyard lounging on the lounge seats...

remy- so what were u and kev talking about anyways?
nyssa- ok i'ma tell u...but don't get mad!
remy- why would i?...go on tell me
nyssa- ok he wants to go with me...
remy- (looking disappointed)what u told him?
nyssa- i told him no
remy- (happy she did) why?
nyssa- girl! u already know! (smiles) u like him! dats why (laughs)
remy- (smiles) girl u such a good friend. now did ya'll mention me at all?
nyssa- well i told him u like him and i thought it would be great if ya'll went out.
remy- what he said?
nyssa- ...

dey continue talking...
