Fica-nos a consula��o de os carros e apartamentos de luxo n�o chegarem para as encomendas. E o Algarve � o exemplo mais real desta situa��o . Um pa�s em que a popula��o est� a envelhecer e os n�veis demogr�ficos est�o a baixar , nunca se investiu tanto no bet�o como agora.No entanto uma parte significativa da habita��o est� degradada , basta irmos a qualquer localidade do interior vila ou cidade para constactarmos isso ,Lisboa � um bom exemplo.
Portanto estamos preparadiss�mos para receber o Cavaco .
