The trucks may in fact be some kind of camoufaged ambulances, and if so, the persons being transported are most probably children or teenagers which are held deeply sedated or under general anesthesia. The child protective system each day transport children taken from parents to secret places, and this is a possible method of doing so.
They might also carry children taken hold of to use them as guinea pigs in governmental projects.

A yearly well-child health assessment is standard in many societies. This assessment includes typically an assessment of general body development. The purpose of this preliminary and intitial exam, is also to plan better the more thorrough exam the day after, and assess the reaction of the child and the parents upon intimate handlings of the kind. The purpose is also to prepare the child for the type of exam that will occur the day after and to make the child accept what shall happen and cooperate.

EXAM INITIATION

The child will remain without ordinary clothes for the next stages of the examination, but will be offered a gown or carpet to warm and shield when total nakedness is not necessary.
ORTHOPEDIC EXAM
This stage to come now will be a thorrough orthopedic examination, where the shape, flexibility, function and development status of all muscles, joints and bones in the body will be assessed, including the whole pelvic area and the muscles in the pelvic floor. This examination wil include:
-A check of spine curvature to diagnose scoliosis or other deformities, performed with the child in standing and foreward bent posisions.
-Checking of flexibility in the schoulders, armes, spine and hip with the child in standing and sitting posision.
-Assessment of leg and hip joint flexibility with the child laying, performed by probing all possible modes of bending and twisting of the legs.
- A general inspection of the pelvic structure with the legs bent up and spread, including assessment of the alignment of the rectal opening, symmetry of the buttocks, and symmetry of the outer genital structures.
-Ultrasound examination of the major joints in the body, especially the hip joints, knees and shoulder joints.
-Additional ultrasound check of body areas where the forgoing examinations have revealed symptoms of possible problems.
ANESTHESIA
In many societies the child will be given some degree of anesthesia for the rest of the exam, most likely only some calming medication through the mouth or light sedation through an intervenous catheter, or with gas through a mask. The intention of the anesthesia is to make the child calm and relaxed, and to hinder the child from remembering much of the more intimate parts that follow.
ASDOMINAL EXAM
After the orthopedic examination there one will perform an outer abdominal assessment whith the following procedure
. Manual palpation and percussion all over the abdominal and renal region with the child laying on the back and laying at the sides with the legs flexed, to assess the shape of the abdominal organs, detect any tissue changes, painful points, muscular tension, masses, fluid accumulation and abnormal accumulation of intestinal content.
- Ultrasound examination of the abdomen with special attention at the bladder and the renal area.
GENITAL AND URINARY EXAM
Then there will be a more specific genital assessment with the child laying on the back with the legs flexed up and separeted. The exact posision will vary according to the development stage of the child. For girls this will include:
- Manual palpation of the outer genital area
- Separation of the labia to inspect the inner area of the genitals.
-.Taking specimens form the outer urethra and vagina to analyse secretions and microbeal content.
- Inspection of the vagina with an optical scope.
- For girls in puberty vaginal ultrasound exam.
For boys the genital exam will include
- Manual palpation of the penis, scrotum, testicles and the area down to the anus.
- Retraction of foreskin and spreading uretral opening for inspection.
- Taking specimens form the outer urethra to analyse secretions and microbeal content.
- Taking specimen of prostate fluid with a tube inserted into the urethra, and if necessary with a massage of the prostate with a finger inserted through the anus.
- Palpation of the prostate with a finger inserted through the anus.
- Ultrasound exam of the scrotum, testicles and the area down to the anus.
The child will then undergo cystoscopy where one inspects visually the inside of the urethra and the bladder, and possibly also takes small specimens from the inside walls. For boys there will be a thorrough inspection of the prostate area during this examination. Traditionally cystoscopy has been a difficult examination to undertake, but modern flexible instruments ha made it to an easy and very quick examination. Therefore this type of exam that sounds very intrusive is very likely to be included. During this exam the bladder will be filled with fluid and in that shape also assessed with an outer ultrasound sond.
EXAM OF THE RECTUM AND COLON
The physical assessment concludes with the rectal inspection, which will include
- Examination of the anus and interior room with an inserted finger
- Opening of the anus with a speculum for visual inspection and taking specimens.
- Taking specimen from the rectum with an inserted instrument while the speculum is in place
- Flushing the rectum and lower colon clean out content with by means of an inserted tube.
- Internal ultrasound exam to visualize the organs around in the posterior pelvic zone.
- Inspection of the deeper parts of rectum and terminal colon with a flexible optical scope
The instruments used in most of these examinations will take pictures and measurements that are transfered to a computer, stored there and later taken forth for further inspection and diagnosis.
EXAMINATION THROUGH THE NAVEL
In the original post, I told that endoscopic exams through the urinary opening, the anus and the vagina i steadily more often performed on children and teens. In certain areas this is so often done at the age of 6-8 and 11-14, that it constitutes a semi-standard procedure that a selected and great persentage of children will go through.

SOME HISTORICAL ACCOUNTS
The type of exam program described here, is nothing new. It has been attempted from time to time in various soiceties arpund the world at least from the end of the second world war. In most of these societies, a certain persentage of children seem to have been chosen for the program, typically 10%.

The actions of young people that blow themselves up while at the same time killing dozens of other people and hurting many more, cannot solely be attributed to the propaganda of certain medieval mullahs. The pisonous philosophy of those religious leaders certainly contribute, but something much more advanced is acting to produce a brainwashed suicide assassine.
Suicide assasines have nearly always been systematically brainwashed by medication, psychological conditioning and physical psychoneurological techniques to produce human robots without free will. Those doing this are long term secret projects that got hold of the kid from a young age. Before they do their mission of assassination they are generally set into a state of reduced consciousness,equipped and commanded to do their mission.
The assassines have usually been subjected to religious indoctrinations from early childhood, but this is most cases not enough to make a person into a human robot totally devoid of own free will, with a drive to perform effective and gruesome, but utterly illogical actions from any standpoint of own interest.
The covert projects tries however to find kids that already have got a foundation of belief that makes them easy to program, or are cooperating with religious institutions that give the kids this foundation.
The covert projects then use advanced psychiatric techniques in order to braiwash them to do these actions, and also help them with necessary equipment.
The programming techiques have been developed by more or less secret programs run by certain secret services, like CIA, cooperating univerisities and cooperating mental institutions. The techique used are:
- Drugs prescribed by cooperating psychiatrists that set the person in a permanent state of a certain sedation of agitation, like diazepines, amphetamine or ritalin.
- Anaesthestic drugs that takes way some of the conscious functions, and memory of the actual programming event.
- Psychiatric drugs that facillate conidioning and programming.
- Electromagnetic waves of certain frequences directed at the person wich reduces the consciousness and set the person in a mental state for easy conditioning and programmming.
- Electromagnetic waves with frequencies carrying certain messages.
- Psychological methods from the behaviorist school, often done in a covert way, for example masqueraded as play or game.
- Religious or political propaganda directed at the person in the altered state made by the other methods.
- Causation of pain, sexual excitement or other feelings used together with the propaganda.
- Hypnosis directed at the person already set in a susceptible mental state, also this often masqueraded as something else than wuat it is.
- Audiovisual performances that the person see and listen to in a sedated state with reduced ability to reason, usual performances with the aim of supporting hate against certain groups and loyality to other.
The person programmed will generally have one or two contact persons that follow him during the program and direct him to the programming sessions without revealing what these events really are. The programmed person gets to know little about his attendants other than a cover story, and the attendants will generally masquerade as friends, trainers, teachers, religious leaders, child protective worker, youth club leader or whatever else is conveniant.
The programming of such zombie robots is often a long term project, The instance programming them usually begin with them when they are small children in kindergartens, religious schools or other places wher one takes care of children, and they are directed during their childhood to attend places and services where the brainwashing continues.
The young person may not even be aware of what is going on themselves, because the brainwashing process typically happens under use of anesthesia that makes them forget the exact circumstances of the brainwashing process.
When they finally are called on to fulfill their suicide raid, thay do it under a mental state where parts of the intellectual reasoning and emotional capacity are swiched off, while the practical reasoniong and emotional urges necessary to do the mission are in overdrive.
The projects producing terrorist zombies also use recruiting agents inspecting environments where young persons are frequenting, to find individuals with a suitable background to be turned into a muman robot.
Those standing behiend may or may not themselves be Islamists, but you should not be too sure about who stands behind at the top level and coordinate such bad events.Thay may be worldwide Islamic conspitators, they may be deep state or globalist conpirators, or some alliance thereoff.
At the middle organizational level the actors are likely to be secret services in the western sphere, health centers, services in mosques and churches, authorities in certain schools, child protective agencies or police agencies.
The aim in the first place is to create fear and disorder, then to use the general fear and disorder in the public as a pretence and fertile ground to issue steadily greater surveillance and restrictions in the daily life of every citizens and theraby making a virtual prizoner of all of us.
The ultimate goal is a world governed by an elite living in tremendous wealth and with freedom to do whatever they want in their daily life, while the wast majority of people will be foreced into a state of slavery, with access to very small resources, with very little freedom to move around and where every aspect of the life is controlled and strictly restricted.
The elite will howver need somebody that controle the masses. Therefore they aim to establish a middle class with the purpose of controlling the masses with all kind of technology at disposaland with some of the privilages of the elite. But the individual belonging to the elite themselves will provide for themselves the ultimate means to activate and deactivate all the controlling technology and thereby also this middle class of controllers.
Both the global elite and this class of controllers are to some ectent already a reality. Those controllers are the units and persons that recruit, train and program the terrorists.

Attire: Attire for this pageant is CASUAL WEAR! This can be custom made or off the rack! (NO midriffs showing)
Hair and Makeup: We are NOT a glitz pageant but do allow age appropriate makeup. Flippers and Wiglets are not allowed. Please come completely dressed and ready to go on stage. There will be a bathroom available for minor touch ups but please arrive at the banquet hall completely ready in your pageant attire with hair and makeup finished!
Competition Details: Contestants will do a walk of choice to upbeat music. We provide the music so you do not need to bring a CD. Model like you are in a fashion show! :)
Contestants in the Baby Miss and Tiny Miss Division must have an adult on stage with them at all times.
Check In: Check in begins at 9:00am and ends at 9:45 am.
DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY TO CHECK IN.
Contestants will not be allowed to check in after 9:45 am so be sure you are on time!
WE WILL NOT WAIT FOR LATE CONTESTANTS!
Judging: Contestants will be judged on Overall Appearance, Stage Presence and Personality.
We will award 8 AGE Divisional Queens and the following 4 Additional Queens. Age Divisional Queens are based on your scores from the judges the following titles please read how they are determined. All Queens will advance to the State Pageant with their entry fee paid.

Attire: Attire for this pageant is CASUAL WEAR! This can be custom made or off the rack! (NO midriffs showing)
Hair and Makeup: We are NOT a glitz pageant but do allow age appropriate makeup. Flippers and Wiglets are not allowed. Please come completely dressed and ready to go on stage. There will be a bathroom available for minor touch ups but please arrive at the banquet hall completely ready in your pageant attire with hair and makeup finished!
Competition Details: Contestants will do a walk of choice to upbeat music. We provide the music so you do not need to bring a CD. Model like you are in a fashion show! :)
Contestants in the Baby Miss and Tiny Miss Division must have an adult on stage with them at all times.
Check In: Check in begins at 9:00am and ends at 9:45 am.
DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY TO CHECK IN.
Contestants will not be allowed to check in after 9:45 am so be sure you are on time!
WE WILL NOT WAIT FOR LATE CONTESTANTS!
Judging: Contestants will be judged on Overall Appearance, Stage Presence and Personality.
We will award 8 AGE Divisional Queens and the following 4 Additional Queens. Age Divisional Queens are based on your scores from the judges the following titles please read how they are determined. All Queens will advance to the State Pageant with their entry fee paid.
