There was a man who loved old books. He met an acquaintance who had just thrown away a Bible that had been stored in the attic of his ancestral home for generations. "I couldn't read it," the friend explained.

Somebody named Guten-something had printed it. "Not Gutenberg!" the book lover exclaimed in horror. "That Bible was one of the first books ever printed. A copy just sold for over two million dollars!"

His friend was unimpressed. "Mine wouldn't have brought a dollar. Some fellow named Martin Luther had scribbled all over it in German."

Over in China there are home churches which have over a thousand members that share one bible. They take it apart and share the pages among themselves. They risk imprisonment if caught with so much as one page of this forbidden book. A very serious charge of "using a cult to subvert the law," which can carry a death sentence. But the signature of their beloved Savior is all over every page so they run the risk anyway.

For every Bible that we send over to China, five people get saved and thousands share it.

While over here in America, Christians have several copies of the Bible in their homes that hardly ever get opened.

The day is coming where those Bibles will be outlawed. All it takes is for Muslims to get in our government leadership positions. That is one of their plans.

Do we value this nation that was founded upon Christian principles? Do we think that we don't have to get involved? Do we think that freedom to be a Christian in America will always be a given?

Go ahead, sit back and go to the fun and entertaining churches and do nothing.

The signs are all around us. A birthday party for Jesus in December and He is not even invited. Thirty years ago this would have been unthinkable in America. A US Muslim senator who refuses to take his oath upon the Holy Bible and request the Koran. A book that clearly states "Convert or die."

Christians wake up! Your losing your freedoms faster then you think. Get involved in your country or you won't have one in the near future.

Value what God has given and fight for it. It is unscriptural to not get involved.
