Hello everyone a lot has happened since I left my last message. I have had my all my pre-op appointments finished. Yesterday I had to go to my primary care doctor and then I had to go to the pre-op labs. Basically they took about 5 vials of blood and a pregnancy test. Don't want to do surgery on someone that is pregnant but I know I am not pregnant. Anyway, May 8th they will be doing surgery at 7:00 am EST. I will on crutches for a week maybe longer depending on how the healing is. I will be out of work for at least 8 weeks at the longest 10 weeks. So that actually falls about the same time my birthday is. I would love to go see Kellie Pickler/Brad Paisley in concert on my birthday. How many times does that happen where your favorite singers has a concert on your birthday. It really depends on the money situation and the foot. Anyway, I am so looking forward to competing. There is a girl participating this year by the name of Ashley Ward I was wondering to myself if this was the same girl that I competed against at the Miss Teen of the Nation pageant when it was in Washington, DC. The name sounds so familiar. So does Laura Guffey or Duffey but she is just in Kings Mountain which is just a hop, skip, and a jump from me now LOL. Good luck to everyone. Love ya.
