So you have a gorgeous DD??? Now who do I know who has a 17 and over DD? hmmmmm The appointment went pretty well. I will be doing the Dr. scene for a while it looks like but in the end it will be OK! Going to an insulin pump and that is new for me but will be OK!! Seems it will take some "stress off" and we can all use that. Today has been a good day, a little chilly but beautiful with all the winter colors out here and the lake is just so calming and peaceful. BUT SHOPPING IS THE PITS! I live out in the country too! I have only done a little shopping here and there and I think I'll shop the rest online! I did go find you the perfect Christmas gift for a Nana though!! I'll be packing it up and sending to you next week or so. I hope you like it! Yes, my DD is over 17. I don't get to see Mandymo very often but I do like watching her on stage. She is so beautiful and such a sweet girl. I hope your insulin pump works out well for you. I didn't know you live by a lake. It must be beautiful there. I always wanted a swimming pool to just sit beside because the water is so calming. Are there a lot of trees around the lake? My day is going great, especially since I took a day off from work just to rest and relax. I have a busy weekend ahead of me though. Take care of yourself and have a great weekend! - Yes, my hubby of 43 years and I live right on the lake. Everyone needs a special day now and then to relax and do whatever they want to do! I am blessed to get to be the "family bum". I retired a few years ago. but I find I enjoy being the home person for the family. I get to spend more time with Kev and Mandymo. That is my very favorite thing to do anytime and all the time. Geesh kids grow up way too fast. Bet you feel the same way about yours. How many children do you have? Always take special time for your babies no matter how old they are! We really enjoy just walking in the woods and watching the sun set or sometimes just listening to the little animals making noises. It is getting pretty cold up here in NE Oklahoma so the animals are scurrying around a lot. Of course if you live in the country, you already know these tiny pleasures. Enjoy your weekend.   - That sounds so nice! We live kind of in the country - no fast food places, gas stations, or grocery stores around - but we do have neighbors. We each have a pretty good size lot and we all have similar interests. The only bad thing about living out there is that there is no DSL and it doesn't sound like it will be out there anytime soon. But the quietness and the beautiful trees and the raccoons and other wildlife is well worth it. I love to watch raccoons. How old is Kev? I can just imagine how much you enjoy him and Mandymo!     - Mandymo is 6 and Kevin is 8. They will be out of school is about a week and half. Do you have grandchildren yet? They are wonderful. Our closest store is about 6 miles and that is just a quik trip type store. I do miss the shopping a lot. Hmmmmm come to think about it the Casino is closer than the shopping!
