That's an exhausting thing in itself, trying to get back to being yourself. There's the baby-weight, and it's not a big help that you don't really have much time to do "normal" things (put on make-up, go to the gym, etc). But what I did was make sure that you have at least a few hours of the day to yourself. Maybe when the kids are napping, have the hubby watch them and go to the gym (my version: have Paris watch her, and go to kickboxing. lol). So, the guy doesn't have to do much, and you're working towards fitting those skinny,-doesn't-my-arse-look-amazing-in-these? jeans. lol.
And try to do little things just for you, you know? Even if it's just (napping, lol, or) painting your nails or chatting on the phone or online, just make time for yourself, and like I said it can either be done by having Dad take care of the kids for a bit, or doing it when the babies sleep.
Does that help any?
Bri
