If you get the urge, just look at your beautiful girls and realize it's their kids you now want to make sure you see and spend future holidays with. If you need motivation, you need not look far.

Best result of quitting (other than longer life), food tastes better! Wait a few weeks and go the Ruth Chris' for a celebratory dinner -- you will be in heaven my friend. There are perks.
