that skinny, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life!

Amazing......I'm sure that the state troopers, and local police departments elsewhere in the state are not concerned in the least at 2:00AM on SUperbowl weekend of finding a drunk that sucked down a pint o' captain, a half dozen Coronas, and more bhits than any other human could hold in the house that night, and is planning a bob and weave back home for the next 30 miles.....

But blame it on Gamber.....Carroll ''by God' County has the only police department in the state that cares about protecting people on the road from being killed by a drunk, or better yet, a drunk killing himself .

PS....I have entertained while living in Carroll COunty for 20 years since we moved here in 1987. Only one person ever got stopped and DUI'ed after a Maseth function..
