Subject: Very poorly lionhead

I heve a large lionhead that is having all the symptoms of swim bladder problems. I have kept her isolated for about two weeks now, but she is no better. I tried giving her peas but she could'nt get down to eat them anyway! apart from that I have not fed her at all.
I have a similar problem with another lionhead in a different tank, but he stays upside down at the bottom then perks up from time to time! I do 25% water change every week, dose with myazin and salt. What else can I do?
The isolated fish has swelled up to huge proportions and looks like she's going to burst! HELP
