Subject: Beta Fish

I have a beta fish(Nelly)that all of a sudden sits at the top of his bowl sideways, I have put medicine in his bowl, changed his location to warmer location, but he still sits sideways. He appears to be eating, and still makes bubbles on top of the bowl but is not as interactive with me as he used to be. Any suggestions????
