Subject: Orange MOLLIE with flaking discolored scales at nape

Ok I have two pregnant mollies and I put them in the tank then they didn't look pregangt anymore and took one out since it was skinner and then i noticed a day or two later that the scales look like psoraisis (flaking skin at nape) don't know the problem or what disease or fish stress it is. Then I looked at the other pregant one and it has the start of it but not to bad, scared to move it but she doesn't look pregnant either and I can't find any babies in the tank unless I am completely blind and need a magnify glass.
what do I do with these fish?
thanks for the help in advance
