Hi,
The male mollie has gonopodium and the male is usually smaller compared to the female. The female is larger than male. To breed black mollies, put 1 male and 5 female mollies in a tank. Keep water plants as mollies usually feed on them and also do not clean to algae that grows on the tank. The mollies like to eat algae as well. Keep the mollies in a separate tank for breeding.

Bye.
