Seriously, a dream! It's like a room per floor, yeah? It'll be big and airy with all that clutter gone (although why not leave some of the nudy artwork??) and the garden is just too cute.. and the location sounds great!

absolutely beautiful, and how wonderful to be right next door to that restaurant too! Love the little garden area too, think it will be really cute when tidied up a bit.
