Subject: "Sometime between 8am and 5pm today"...........

How annoying is that? why can't they specify morning or afternoon? I'll be sitting here like a bloody lemon all day waiting for a parcel that should have arrived last week but "owing to circumstances beyond our control" didn't happen *sigh*

Start my Open University mathematics course soon, I'm a bit nervous and excited all at the same time, what the hell was I thinking? MATHEMATICS??? Oh well, no doubt I'll soon find out just how dumb I am and spend the next few months in a state of high tension and confusion, nothing new there!!

It snowed again last night and looks very slippery underfoot this morning, glad I don't have to venture out today.

Thought I'd better choose something that would stop the rapidly deteriorating brain cells from dying altogether, not doing it for anything specific, just for me.

The parcel is actually some parts that were missing from a flat pack piece of office furniture I bought not long ago, very annoying to start putting the thing together only to find two very important bits missing but that's the nature of flat pack I suppose!

i was thinkin' of doing some political science or philosophy courses. try to smart me up a bit again.

the cable and electric companies do that and i HATE IT. plus...they say they will be calling right before they come...and if i don't answer...they don't come. so not only am i home all day...i'm carrying my phone into the shower and bathroom etc etc.

I hate that! carrying your damned phone with you everywhere is a pain, and also you can guarantee if I pay a visit to the bathroom that's when they buzz me on the remote entry intercom to say they've arrived!

My Dad studied Politics last year, really enjoyed it.
