I just decided to test out how good the monitor is on the new Mac.

I downloaded last weeks episode of BSG, but instead of the usual 350MB file I got the 1GB, high resolution one.

Oh. Em. Gee.

So beautiful. The picture quality is amazing. Whoop! Think I'll be downloading high res stuff from now on. So pretty!

I'm having a ladies underwear and cosmetics party tonight, no doubt after we've consumed a few bottles, tried on the merchandise and put the world to rights the smutty girly talk will ensue, then it gets really funny!!

I dread to think what my son would think if he could hear us!!

...firstly because A) I need to buy a USB keyboard (the Mac has a tiny little wireless keyboard that won't work during Windows installation) and B) I have a dissertation to write. And installing high-spec games I haven't been able to play properly on my old machine won't really be conducive to that!

When I finish all my work, I'll crack on with Boot Camp.
