its really bad, can't hardly move no idea how I did it it just came on slowly throughout the day, only place not painful is leaning against the sofa sitting on the floor

no weekend away for me then

I daren't take any more pain killers, I've tried an ice pack on it too, my son has been massaging it for me which has helped, I'm thinking maybe a hot bath might ease it a little but I'm scared I won't be able to get out once I'm in, wish I had one of those heat lamps

I'm so tired now but I can't get comfy anywhere, think I might have to break out the alchohol see if that helps any, I still can't figure out where it came from :-(

That sounds pretty worrying... I do hope you'll get it checked out if it doesn't get any better. :/

at least I can relax in the recliner now, could'nt even stand that yesterday, borrowed a heat lamp from a friend which has helped a lot too.
