you sit on the floor and "walk" on your bum cheeks, its a good workout as much as anything else but if you're a bit squiffy its bloody hilarious, feeling a bit sore this morning with a big bruise on my left cheek!!

we laughed so hard we couldn't get up of the floor for ages! :-)
