Subject: what's happening this weekend?

my dad's car broke down on the way here...so our weekend plans are all up in the air. he may be car shopping instead of taking jude camping as was originally planned. we need to stop buying volvo, saab, and subaru.

i want to see "whip it"...and another comedy that i can't think of right now.

"where the wild things are" comes out soon! i'm psyched for that one.

hope everyone is healthy or getting healthy!

friends will arrive early in the morning I'll be on my way, really looking forward to it, I'm really ready for a break I'm totally knackered, coming back Tuesday evening hopefully revived and refreshed and rid of this big black cloud over my head.

Ooooh, Edinburgh! I hope you have a fabulous time, Andy!

My weekend actually started on Thursday. Went shopping (gorgeous dress for 20 CHF, yesssss) and went to see Patrick Wolf! and then ended up at a bad taste party, good times.

Today I'm back in Bern to help my parents out, my mom broke her ankle and my dad isn't the best cook so I'm making sure they've got enough leftovers.

Also I went to see NY ILY (which was a pale imitation of Paris ILY) and tomorrow I'm going to friends' to make sushi and then go to a 90ies party. More good times!

Lil Niece is already 2, so we're going to visit for the weekend. Should be fun, if I can finally kick this flu. Hopefully one more night and I'll feel OK!
