As directed by Pioneer Woman! Yesterday I made the Perfect Chocolate Pie filling as pudding.

I visit that site more often than is good for me. :/

The cupcakes, braised chicken, yogurt-marmalade cake, creamy herbed potatos, whiskey carrots, blueberry muffins, chocolate pie, fresh corn casserole, country green beans, pots de creme, marlboro man's second favorite sandwich, zucchini cake and baked fudge have my seal of approval.

My Dad loves to guess the ingredients in everything we cook and the molasses cookies were quite a challenge! They've still got his seal of approval though. =)

Would you mind sending me the carrot cake recipe?
