Boomer was always my favourite 8, and I really liked her relationship with Chief. When he ran into the projected "house" at the end it just broke my heart. Also the Starbuck montage at the beginning was really well done.

Did you watch the final series of The Shield? What an incredible way to end it! I really missed not having you around to talk to about it.

Weren't you threatening to start The Wire next? Did you?

That's what I was yelling at the tv. The projections she was throwing out at him were *creepy*. I don't like seeing Chief all weak. What do you think of it all? Do you think Starbuck is really the first Hybrid and that Danielle has a resurrection pod for her somewhere?

I BETTER get an Opera House finale!

We have the final season of The Shield saved in the DVR. SO don't spoil me! I didn't want to start it because we were still watching The Wire which, I have to day, is the Best. Freakin. Show. Of. ALL TIME!

The Wire is the best freakin' show of all time. But I have yet to persuade anyone else here of that yet, although Andy has been giving it a try.

The final season of The Shield is incredible, and I honestly don't think they could have ended it in any better way. That's all I will say for now.

I think Starbuck has to be Daniel's daughter. I don't see what other explanation there can be now.

As for Boomer, I hated her betrayal of Chief, and what she did to Athena was pretty fucked up -- steals her kid and fucks her husband right in front of her. But my heart still went out to her a little. She was so messed up by what happened to her and Chief's rejection of her for being nothing more than a machine. That's why she fell under the spell of that fucking creep Cavill. I heart Boomer. I can't help it.

Oh, and I'm pretty certain that the dying leader is Galactica itself too. I have a horrible fear that none of them are going to make it.
